All Things Sustainable

As we move into a climate change and carbon-constrained world, all organizations will need to address the many challenges that lie ahead. These will include the progressive reduction of pollutants and energy consumption, and compliance within national and international legal frameworks, among others. Hence, there will be an increased requirement for immediate availability of highly granular data for reporting and decision making purposes and proactive management practices.

For asset-intensive industries radical changes to current business models and more scrutiny of sustainable issues are required. Supply Chain and Asset Management Teams will be expected to :-

  • Proactively manage and reduce pollutants
  • Measure data in more detail for environmental, social impact and economic value realization
  • Make efforts to continuously reduce the carbon footprint by eliminating waste, reduce energy usage and adopt green technologies and innovations.
  • Integrate "sustainability issues" into every-day asset management and supply chain business decisions.

the Oniqua Analytics Suite is a ready-made platform for analysis and contains much of the data required to measure and report on environmental and economic performance enabling better decisions by:-

  • Identifying opportunities
  • Perform forecasting and what-if scenarios to reduce risk and evaluating compliance
  • Determine best business strategies that reduce risk

With one successful Proof-of-Concept with a major mining corporation under our belt - Oniqua is actively seeking motivated partners interested in mutual collaboration. The aim is to enhance our solution to meet your requirements delivering reports and action plans on consumption of various commodities, energy consumption and carbon emissions along with refined procurement strategies.

Procurement Analytics - Deliver Procurement Efficiencies Through Spend Analysis

“Enterprises applying spending analysis to more than half their total spending
were able to reduce spending by 13.7% on average.” - Aberdeen Group

In these tough economic times, Chief Executives are seeking ways to reduce operational costs in both the short and medium term. Procurement and discretionary spend is always under scrutiny but more so in the current market. The Aberdeen Group identified some time ago that “Inadequate spending analysis capabilities are costing businesses $260billion in missed savings and opportunities”. .

To enable organizations to rapidly identify and deliver procurement savings, Oniqua offers its Analytics Online service.

Analytic-On-Line allows low-cost access to state-of the-art Procurement analytics that quickly allows organizations to dissect their spend by business risk, understand supplier performance and then put into place a priority-driven strategy to deliver value with minimal operational impact.

If you have a vision of delivering procurement savings, take a look at our web presentation or request further information.
