Rivers to Lead Team of Services Professionals for Asset Performance Optimization Analytics Solutions Provider
Brisbane, Australia – February 20, 2013 – Oniqua MRO Analytics (Oniqua), the leading provider of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) analytics solutions for asset-intensive enterprises, today announced that Cayce Rivers has joined the organization as Vice President, Value Delivery. Rivers will be responsible for planning and executing Oniqua’s Value Delivery strategy and leading the company’s consulting and services teams in the Asia-Pacific region. “We are very fortunate to have Cayce leading our Value Delivery initiatives. He is a dynamic executive with depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in asset-intensive industries, and he knows our products and culture. That gives him a unique perspective on Oniqua’s value in the MRO analytics space,” stated Chris Wright, President-APAC, Oniqua MRO Analytics.
“Most important, he demonstrates the value-centered leadership and vision Oniqua is looking for to lead our services teams and optimize their ability to help our customers deliver the full value of their investment in Oniqua’s MRO analytics applications,” said Wright.
“I’ve been an Oniqua customer, and I know the company culture is very customer focused,” stated Rivers. “With the Value Delivery program, we’re building on that by enhancing the discipline and consistency of our practices and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.”
Rivers comes to Oniqua from Newmont Mining (Newmont), where he served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, working with the operations, maintenance, purchasing and inventory teams to achieve performance objectives by improving internal processes, cross-functional communication, and collaboration. Prior to that role, Rivers served as Director, Global Supply Chain Enablement, leading the design and implementation of global tools and processes. In that role, he led the implementation design of OAS as a single instance for all Newmont sites. Rivers also played a critical role in transforming the company’s regional MRO operations from isolated departments into a unified global organization with consistent standards, processes and practices across the enterprise.
In prior roles with Newmont, Rivers spearheaded several technology-enabled business improvement initiatives, including enterprise supply chain management (SCM) analytics and reporting, e-Procurement, global inventory standardization and SCM collaboration and knowledge sharing. His background also includes stints in semiconductor manufacturing and business process optimization consulting. Rivers holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
“This is an exciting time to come on board with Oniqua. In today’s volatile global economy, asset-intensive businesses absolutely need asset optimization analytics to meet MRO performance goals and help drive corporate objectives,” said Rivers. “Oniqua is driving game-changing innovations that are transforming asset management technology, and is well-positioned to lead the asset analytics space.”
“Our customers love our software because it helps them get results – but what they really buy from Oniqua is the value we provide in helping them drive continuous improvement and return on investment,” said Wright.
